About the Job
DINA'S EMPIRE CORP is seeking a reliable and organized Dispatcher to coordinate daily Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) operations. 

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and dispatch drivers efficiently.
  • Monitor trips and ensure on-time performance.
  • Communicate with drivers, members, facilities, and brokers.
  • Manage standing orders and same-day trips.
  • Use transportation software such as Bambi, MTM, Alivi, or similar platforms.
  • Resolve trip issues and service disruptions.

Requirements:
  • Previous dispatching experience preferred.
  • NEMT experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer proficiency and attention to detail.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
